Why white people want to ignore racism against blacks

Its a pretty clear cut answer.

Addressing a problem would mean having to change how you do things. Whites like being on top. They like the privleges they get.

Why would any group on top willing change status quo when it would work against them?

Why would a white person want to have to fairly compete for a job and risk the possibility of the better qualified black getting chose over them?

White people don't want to come out and admit they like racism. They love the privelege. But it is the reason whites ignore racism and are totally okay with it happening...as long as they (the whites) don't have to be victims.

In fact, whites will call a black person with power racist, simply to keep them from having power.

In the end, whites just don't want to abolish racism because they want the unfair advantages and not having to work hard for anything in life.
